The goal of the coalition is for community stakeholders to collaborate and utilize various strategies across counties to make a larger environmental impact. This coalition is not to eliminate the strong efforts being done in communities, but rather enhance and assist where other gaps and needs are identified.
Vision and Mission:
Southeast District Prevention Partnerships supports the empowerment of all southeast Nebraska residents to make healthy lifestyle choices.
Our mission is to reduce risk factors and strengthen protective factors by proactively addressing and preventing youth substance and alcohol use, raising awareness of mental wellness, and preventing suicide among individuals, families, and communities of southeast Nebraska.
