Walk-in COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic - MODERNA
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Southeast District Health Department will be accepting walk-in appointments at its COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at our office - Southeast District Health Department (2511 Schneider Ave, east of Hwy 75 & 26th Street). Moderna will be the only vaccine offered this day.
Individuals presenting during this time MUST:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be at least 14 days from receiving a vaccine of any type
• Be at least 90 days past receiving a monoclonal antibody infusion as a treatment for COVID-19
• Wear a Mask
